CEO James Tran is a commercial real estate appraiser, real estate investor, and broker. For the longest time, James was content with being a real estate appraiser and investor. He originally started JT Real Estate Services as a side business to help close family members and friends buy the right home or sell their homes at the best price. As the buying or selling process is such an involved one, it created an opportunity for James and his clients to bond. James often expressed to his friends the importance of passive income and how real estate was the best source to build long-term wealth. Many could see the knowledge and passion James had for real estate causing clients to grow curious- seeking James and his company for advice.
